Business Profile

One of India’s leading manufacturers of power, auto, and inverter duty transformers by production volume in Fiscal 2025 (as per the CRISIL Report), the company has established itself as a key player in the transformer industry. Prior to acquiring BTW-Atlanta Transformers India Private Limited and commissioning its Vadod Unit, it was among the few Indian manufacturers capable of producing transformers with capacities up to 200 Mega Volt-Amp (MVA) and voltage ratings of 220 kilovolts (kV). These strategic developments have significantly expanded its manufacturing capabilities, enabling the production of transformers with rated capacities up to 500 MVA and voltage levels reaching 765 kV.

With over three decades of experience and a pan-India presence, the company offers a diverse portfolio of transformers ranging from 5 MVA/11 kV to 200 MVA/220 kV. Its product lineup includes:

  • Auto Transformers (66 kV to 220 kV)
  • Inverter Duty Transformers (0.60 kV to 33 kV)
  • Furnace Transformers (0.43 kV to 66 kV)
  • Power Transformers (11 kV to 220 kV)
  • Generator Transformers (3.30 kV to 220 kV)
  • Special Duty Transformers (0.43 kV to 132 kV)

The company has built a robust customer base across 19 states and three union territories in India. It has supplied over 4,400 transformers, aggregating to a total capacity of 94,000 MVA, serving state and national electricity grids, private sector enterprises, renewable energy projects, and major construction firms.
