It is one of only three Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India for Cummins India Limited (“Cummins India”), along with its Indian and global affiliates (“Cummins”). With a strong legacy in the power generation industry, the company has built a reputation for delivering reliable and efficient solutions across diverse sectors. Since commencing its diesel generator set business in India in 1984, the company has offered a comprehensive suite of services including manufacturing, marketing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and after-sales servicing and maintenance. It also manufactures auxiliary systems such as acoustic enclosures, fuel and exhaust systems, and power and control systems. In addition, the company provides pre-purchase consultancy, design, engineering, sale, installation, leasing, operation, and maintenance of medium-speed large generator sets (MSLG), a segment it entered in 1996. Its diesel generator business caters to customers across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and the union territories of Puducherry and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Expanding into renewable energy, the company diversified into the wind power sector and commissioned its first wind power project in 2008. It began its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business for its own Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects in 2012 and extended EPC services to other IPPs in 2014. The company currently owns and operates wind power projects with a total installed capacity of 203.35 MW. Furthermore, since 2014, it has developed balance of plant infrastructure for wind power projects with an aggregate generation capacity of 142.6 MW, supplying clean energy to utility companies.
