Since its inception, the company has grown from being a commodities trading company into a diversified, multi-asset, and multi-national financial services firm. Its businesses are primarily organized as follows:
Finance Business: The company operates an RBI Registered NBFC (Non-Deposit Taking) with a focus on lending to private traders and small and medium businesses in the commodities trading market.
Agency Business: It is a SEBI-registered Stock and Commodity Exchange Broker with memberships across major stock exchanges in India, such as BSE, NSE, MSEI, MCX, NCDEX, and ICEX. Additionally, it is a FCA-registered financial services firm in London, with memberships in international exchanges such as DGCX (Dubai), LME (London), INE, and DCE (China). The company is also a SEBI-registered Portfolio Management company and a SEBI-registered Category-I FPI, offering various trading, wealth management, and private client brokerage services, primarily in equity, commodities, and foreign exchange.

Capital and Other Business: The Capital Business includes internal treasury operations that manage the company's excess capital funds. The company invests in low/medium-risk strategies, including maintaining positions in physical and exchange-traded commodities. The treasury investments are structured to ensure sufficient liquidity to support the capital needs of other business units. Additionally, the company provides warehousing services to commodity market participants.
