With plans to expand manufacturing capabilities and further diversify their product range, the Company seeks to enhance its market position.
Since their incorporation in the year 1981, they have expanded their business, scale of operations and delivered variety of products, creating their position in the winding and conductivity products. From time=to-time, they have made investment, in their manufacturing facilities to expand their installed capacity up to a current level of 19,680 MT per annum. Further, they propose to increase installed capacity to 37,680 MT per annum by installing additional 18,000 MTPA in their new manufacturing unit at Narsanda, Taluka Nadiad–387345, Gujarat, India (“Proposed Project” )under their wholly owned subsidiary company, ALCU Industries Private Limited, which is 15kms from their existing operatingfacilities.Their capacity utilisation has improved from 65.80% in Fiscal 2022 to 89.98% during the six months period ended September 30, 2024.
