Our Company was incorporated in January, 2012, prior to which our promoters i.e. Anand Suresh Watve, Atul Jagannath Kulkarni and Prashant Balasaheb Kanikdale carried on the business as a partnership concern in the name of M/s Readymix Construction Machinery since year 2009, which their company took over as a going concern with all the assets and liabilities at a lump sum consideration which was paid by issue of equity shares to all the partners.
