The products manufactured by us are mainly sold to one of leading online platform for kid’s garments. As a contract manufacturer specializing in kids’ apparel, their business focuses on producing high-quality garments based on client specifications. Their production is guided by the designs and technical specifications provided by their clients, ensuring that the final products meet their exact needs and standards. They manufacture kids garments for both boys and girls. Their main products include kids’ t-shirts, polo shirts, leggings, night suits, lowers, long pants, frocks, jump suits baba-suits, girls top etc. Their manufacturing facilities are equipped with the technology and machinery necessary to produce high-quality children’s apparel. This includes everything from fabric cutting and sewing to finishing and quality inspection. Their production volumes are aligned with the online platform’s needs, which may vary based on seasonal demand, promotional events, or new product launches. Currently, they have 2 garments manufacturing unit and one printing unit. They have installed capacity to produce, 3,25,000 pcs garments per month. However, the capacity may vary depending upon the production schedule, complexity of designs etc. Durgadevi Raiment procure yarn from their suppliers and get the grey fabric done out of the same. The fabric is then dyed and processed for the designs as approved by our customers. Durgadevi Raiment have their own internal design team to design the fabric as per the clients’ requirements. The presence of strong raw materials base in terms of cotton and polyester fibres and large fabric manufacturing capacities in the Country have given a thrust to garmenting sector.
