Subsequently, their was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to members resolution passed at Extraordinary General Meeting of their Company held on May 16, 2024 and the name of their was changed to “Aten Papers & Foam Limited”. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated July 18, 2024 was issued by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar. Aten Papers and Foam operate as an important intermediary in the Paper Product Supply Chain. As a crucial middleman in the paper product supply chain, Aten Papers and Foam procure paper from different paper mills and resell them to clients in the packaging products industry. Examples of these products include Kraft Paper and Duplex Board. Aten Papers and Foam also purchase Wastepaper from stockiest and sell them to Paper mills which is crucial raw material for such mills. A wide range of grades, thicknesses, widths, and standards are available in their product portfolio for Kraft papers and Duplex boards and other according to customer specifications
