PNC Infratech Limited is an Indian infrastructure construction, development, and management entity with expertise in executing major infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, flyovers, power transmission lines, airport runways, industrial area development, and other infrastructure activities. It provides EPC services on both a fixed-sum turnkey basis and an item rate basis for various infrastructure projects. Additionally, the company executes projects on a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) basis, including on a DBFOT (Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer) basis, operates them during the concession period on toll or annuity basis, and subsequently transfers the projects. In 2013, the company also entered into a project on the OMT (Operate-Maintain-Transfer) model.
