To efficiently manage these services, the company established four offices across Western, Central, South Mumbai, and Thane (including Navi Mumbai), expanding its customer base to around 5,000 clients.
In 2006-07, the company expanded further into providing turnkey Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions. It also adopted the VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) technology, which had been introduced in India at that time. The company successfully implemented projects using this technology at the ITC Fortune Hotel (Lavasa) and residential complexes for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
In 2011, after gaining significant experience in HVAC, the company ventured into the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) business. This expansion helped retain existing clients and attract new ones, particularly for upcountry projects in Nigeria and Tanzania. The company initially undertook electrical projects (both High Tension and Low Tension) for companies such as Sri Vatsa Limited (Hyderabad) and PIEM Hotels Limited (Taj Blue Diamond, Pune).
As part of its expansion strategy in 2014, the company purchased an 800 sqm factory at Rabale (Navi Mumbai), where it currently assembles control panels and customizes GI ducts. In addition to its headquarters in Mumbai, the company operates project offices in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) and Lavasa (Pune) and maintains a warehouse in Bhiwandi (Thane).
